Payments: Please settle your outstanding invoices in the morning or in the evening on the last day, before you are leaving.

Check Out: Until 10 a.m. Please leave your apartment keys at reception upon your departure. If you lose it, you will be charged €100,- for its replacement. Please take good care of it. Thank you! 😉
Services
Bread roll service: We offer a bread roll service from Monday to Friday. Please send your order via QR code (at reception) by 18:00 the evening before. We will deliver the fresh bread directly to your apartment door by 07:30 the next morning. We then ask you to leave the “Semmel-Sackerl” with us at reception the next day.
Towel change: We are happy to offer you a free towel change once a week. Please let us know directly or send us a WhatsApp message.
Washing machine & dryer: Both a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in our laundry room. The function of the appliances is described in the instructions. Each washing or drying cycle costs € 4.
Wellness
Sauna: From Sunday to Friday, the sauna is available to you between 4.00 pm and 9.00 pm. You can switch it on by yourself pressing the button next to the washbasin in the sauna area. It takes approx. 20 minutes for the sauna to reach a temperature of approx. 80°. After 1.5 hours, the sauna switches off automatically. When leaving the sauna area, please switch off the light.
Infrared: To use the infrared cabin, please contact us directly.
Games and youth room
Games room: Our cool and well-equipped games rooms are available to all children and young people. Please take care when handling the toys and equipment. If something breaks, that’s no problem. However, we would ask you to inform us so that we can repair the defects.
Skiing is the easiest…
Ski depot: There is a ski depot in the cellar which you can use to store your ski equipment.
Ski rental: Would you like to hire skis? Then visit our cooperation partner “Sport im Ort” directly at the valley station of the Spacejet 1 or the Achterjet. As our guest you will receive -15% on your rented items. Please indicate that you are a guest of the Aparthotel Stadler.
Preserve nature
Waste separation: Please help us to separate the garbage correctly and dispose of it in the garbage cans provided in front of the house.
Drinking water: The drinking water in Flachau comes from the high-purity Marbach spring in the Niedere Tauern. It is natural, regularly tested and can be drunk directly from the tap.
