Parking
In front of our Aparthotel Stadler, there are plenty of free parking spaces available for you.
Non-smoking house
Please understand that smoking is not allowed in our apartments. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the balcony or outdoors.
FREE WIFI
Free internet access via wifi is available to all our guests.
PETS
Your little darlings can also spend their vacations with us. Please let us know when you make your reservation. Price per day € 15 to € 20,- (without board)
Check-In & Check-Out
Our apartments can be checked in from 15:00 on the day of arrival (or by telephone or e-mail). On the day of arrival please vacate the accommodation by 10:00 am.
BREAD SERVICE
We will be happy to provide you with our bread service on request for a fee.
BABY EQUIPMENT
If you register before arrival, we will be happy to provide you with a crib and high chair free of charge.
NIGHT TAX
All prices are exclusive of local tax (€ 2,00 per day per person over 15 years).
GUEST CARD
You will receive the Flachau Card free of charge from a stay of 2 days with us.
SPORTING GOODS RENTAL
All our guests get 15% discount on all rental articles at our partner "Sport im Ort".
WELLNESS AREA
The comfortable wellness area with sauna, infrared cabin, heat benches and rest area is at your disposal free of charge.
SKI CELLAR
Store your winter sports equipment in our ski cellar with ski boot dryer.
LOUNGE
All our guests can use the lounge with guest kitchen - ideal for group vacations!
WASHING MACHINE
In the basement of our aparthotel we have installed a coin-operated washing machine and a tumble dryer for our guests. You can get the coins for it at the reception for a small fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that room cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival day no cancellation fee.
- up to 1 month before the arrival day 40% of the total arrangement price.
- up to 1 week before the arrival date 70% of the total arrangement price.
- In the last week before the arrival date 90% of the total arrangement price.
- 1 day before or on the day of arrival 100% of the total package price.
In case of early departure 100% of the price will be charged. The booking conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In case of a fixed reservation we ask you for a deposit to our account. Only then your reservation becomes valid. We would like to point out that the invoice issued by us can only be paid in cash. Otherwise possible is a bank transfer, which is 14 days before your arrival at our account. Please understand that we can not accept credit cards, ATM cards or similar on site.
