Good to know

• Our location. We are located directly at the entrance to the village. Supermarket, paddle tennis court, summer toboggan run, ski lift and après-ski bars are all within just a few minutes’ walk.
• Our facilities for groups. Our lounge, which also includes a kitchen renovated in spring 2026, is available to our guests for shared meals or fun game nights.
• Our garden. In addition to a barbecue area, a sandbox and a children’s playground, we recently added a bike shed, where our guests can safely store their own bikes brought from home.

We are happy to prepare a suitable offer for you if you contact us personally, or you can book directly through our website.

The check-in is possible from 3:00 PM at the latest on the day of arrival. An earlier check-in is sometimes possible – feel free to ask us in advance.

The check-out must take place by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Please take all your personal belongings with you and empty the bins into the designated bins in front of the house. Thank you! 🙂

No, unfortunately not. The Aparthotel does not have an elevator.

The Aparthotel has a total of 14 apartments: 2x type A, 4x type B, 6x type C and 2x type D. We can accommodate around 60 guests.

The bathrooms were renovated in spring 2026. The kitchens and some of the beds have been replaced in recent years. Our kitchen in the lounge was also renovated in spring 2026.

Apartments of type C and D are best suited for groups, as they are designed for up to 6-8 people.

No, not every apartment has a balcony. Type A apartments do not have a balcony.

Yes, all room windows, except the balcony door, are fitted with fly screens.

No, there is no air conditioning in the Aparthotel. However, a fan can be provided upon request.

As a guest at Aparthotel Stadler, you receive the Guest Mobility Ticket Salzburg free of charge. It lets you use regional trains, the Salzburg Verkehr regional bus, the Salzburg Verkehr shuttle (micro public transport) as well as the EFA shuttle free of charge. This way you already save on your arrival and departure as well as throughout your entire vacation and discover the Salzburg region conveniently, sustainably and without additional travel costs.

Aparthotel Stadler is a dog-friendly Aparthotel in the Salzburg region, where cats are also very welcome. Upon request, we provide food bowls, poop bags and a soft blanket for your four-legged friend. This means nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with a dog or cat in the Salzburg region.

Yes. Aparthotel Stadler is a family-friendly Aparthotel in the Salzburg region and offers families with small children practical baby equipment. Upon request, we provide a crib, bed rail and high chair free of charge. This way you can enjoy a relaxing vacation with a baby or toddler in the Salzburg region – without any unnecessary luggage.

Room cancellations are only valid in writing. The following deadlines apply, based on the agreed arrival date:

• Up to 3 months before: no cancellation fee.
• Up to 1 month before: 40% of the total package price.
• Up to 1 week before: 70% of the total package price.
• In the last week before: 90% of the total package price.
• 1 day before or on the day of arrival: 100% of the total package price.

In the event of an early departure during your stay, the full price will also be charged. The booking conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

For a fixed reservation, we ask you to make a deposit to our account – this is what makes your booking binding. You can conveniently pay the remaining balance on site in cash or by debit/credit card.
